Anders Houldcroft is the Associate Director of Marketing for Suffolk University's new Center for Career Equity, Development, & Success. As a key member of the Career Center, Anders is responsible for increasing the center's awareness, engagement, and prestige for Suffolk's ambitious 2025 plan. Anders previously served as the Marketing and Communications Manager for Emerson College’s Career Development Center since 2017. His work with Emerson’s team focused primarily on student engagement and self-service through the introduction of new marketing strategies and technologies. Anders’s background in higher ed began in 2015 at his alma mater, Bridgewater State University, where he served as the Communications Coordinator for the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.

Catherine Chica is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Trinity College’s Career & Life Design Center. Her work includes designing branded materials, leading cross-platform communications, and developing initiatives that strengthen community engagement.
With a background in brand design, Cat brings knowledge of logo creation, web development, social media management, and strategic storytelling to her work in higher education. She holds a BA in Multimedia Design from Hampshire College and values lifelong learning, seeking out different perspectives that inspire creative problem-solving.
