Anders Houldcroft is the Associate Director of Marketing for Suffolk University's new Center for Career Equity, Development, & Success. As a key member of the Career Center, Anders is responsible for increasing the center's awareness, engagement, and prestige for Suffolk's ambitious 2025 plan. Anders previously served as the Marketing and Communications Manager for Emerson College’s Career Development Center since 2017. His work with Emerson’s team focused primarily on student engagement and self-service through the introduction of new marketing strategies and technologies. Anders’s background in higher ed began in 2015 at his alma mater, Bridgewater State University, where he served as the Communications Coordinator for the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.

Communication and Program Manager, Career Advising & Professional Development
Lydia Huth is the Communication & Program Manager for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Career Advising & Professional Development (CAPD) office. Lydia’s role blends her love for communications and logistics, as she manages both CAPD’s awareness campaigns and office project management — so feel free to reach out if you want to discuss website redesign or managing your office move with Airtable.
Before coming on staff at MIT in 2021, Lydia spent four years working in nonprofit and entertainment communications, and seven years teaching writing and literature. She holds a BA in graphic design & English from Campbell University, and is always ready to talk live music, Shakespeare, or typography.

Marketing & Communications Specialist, Center Development Center
Juan Vega Rios serves as the Marketing & Communication Specialist for Emerson College's Career Development Center. He plays a key role in crafting compelling printed and digital materials to inform students about diverse opportunities. Juan has championed the adoption of innovative methods and platforms, such as TikTok, to enhance awareness and engagement within his office.
Currently, he has added events and programming aimed at cultivating students' skills in areas like Adobe Creative Cloud and SEO on his plate. Simultaneously, he manages tasks related to social media, web page administration, email marketing, promotional materials, and more. Juan has completed his Master of Arts (M.A.) in Strategic Marketing Communication.
