Anders Houldcroft, M. Ed.
Associate Director of Marketing, Center for Career Equity, Development & Success, Suffolk University

Anders Houldcroft is the Associate Director of Marketing for Suffolk University's new Center for Career Equity, Development, & Success. As a key member of the Career Center, Anders is responsible for increasing the center's awareness, engagement, and prestige for Suffolk's ambitious 2025 plan. Anders previously served as the Marketing and Communications Manager for Emerson College’s Career Development Center since 2017. His work with Emerson’s team focused primarily on student engagement and self-service through the introduction of new marketing strategies and technologies. Anders’s background in higher ed began in 2015 at his alma mater, Bridgewater State University, where he served as the Communications Coordinator for the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.

Lydia Huth (she/her/hers)

Lydia Huth is the Communications Specialist for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Career Advising & Professional Development (CAPD) office and Office of Graduate Education (OGE). In her split role, Lydia provides a connecting fiber between the office’s overlapping services to support PhD and Master’s students, while also guiding the CAPD communications strategy and supporting OGE initiatives.

Before coming on staff at MIT, Lydia spent four years working in nonprofit and entertainment communications, and seven years teaching writing and literature. She holds a BA in graphic design & English from Campbell University, and is always ready to chat about live music, Shakespeare, or typography.

Christa Frederick, M. Ed.
Assistant Director of Career Development, DeSales University

As the Assistant Director of Career Development at DeSales University, Christa guides students and alumni in building confidence in their career paths. Christa’s work spans individual coaching, event leadership, marketing/analytics, and student staff supervision that strengthen career readiness.

Christa also manages her Career Center’s marketing and data initiatives, helping the team tell their story and measure impact in meaningful ways. Through active involvement with EACE and campus-wide collaboration, Christa strives to continuously improve the student experience.
